Ballet I-A (Foundation)
A structured class introducing students to the fundamentals of classical ballet. Students develop proper alignment, posture, turnout, musicality, basic ballet terminology, and classroom etiquette through barre, center, and across-the-floor exercises. This level builds the technical foundation needed for continued classical ballet training.
Thursdays: 5:00–6:00 pm
Ballet I-B (Progression)
Designed for students who have mastered the Ballet I-A curriculum. Students continue strengthening technique while increasing coordination, musicality, flexibility, and confidence through longer combinations and more challenging exercises. This class prepares dancers for intermediate ballet training.
Tuesdays: 4:00–5:00 pm
Ballet II-A
Students continue building upon Ballet I-B with increased emphasis on body awareness, proper alignment, strength, flexibility, and artistry. More complex center work, turns, jumps, and combinations are introduced while reinforcing correct classical technique.
*Conditioning is strongly encouraged at this level!
Tuesdays: 5:00-6:00pm
Ballet II-B (Progression)
Designed for students demonstrating increased technical proficiency and consistency. Students refine placement, strength, balance, and artistry while learning more advanced combinations and preparing for Ballet III. Pointe students continue developing the strength and technique necessary for safe pointe work.
*Conditioning remains highly encouraged!
Thursdays: 4:00-5:00pm
Ballet III
Students build upon the work mastered in ballet I and II increasing in difficulty with emphasis on attention to detail and introducing an advanced repertoire of steps.
Conditioning is strongly encouraged to continue strengthening core muscles utilized in classical ballet.
Pointe students will acquire the technical understanding and muscular strength needed for efficient pointe work.

Students will learn the art of partnering and work of various partnering skills. Students will train in a way that provides them with the strength to work with their partner gracefully and confidently.

A preparations class for serious ballet students interested in dancing en pointe, as well as current pointe students who wish to continue building strength. This class develops and strengthens the muscles necessary for safe and successful pointe work.
