Strength and Conditioning (Ayden Bell)
Ayden is “Ace” certified in the foundations of Strength and Conditioning and has experience in college strength and conditioning at Gardner-Webb University both as an athlete and as an intern where he aided in training and programming for multiple sports. Ayden offers personalized programming, training, group exercise weight training, and free consultations to meet all goals regardless of age.
Ayden offers Strength and Conditioning training to teens, adults, and seniors. Each appointment is personalized to help every individual meet their specific goals.

A program is essentially a schedule of every rep, set, and lift you will complete during a workout. In order to properly program for an athlete/client some base knowledge will be needed in order for it to be tailored to meet your needs. A program is important for anyone who is looking to make effective progress towards their goals because without a set structure to a lift or workout routine, the needed requirements to meet those goals may not be met, and a good program ensures that those requirements are met with the proper sets, reps, and frequency structure.
To ensure de-loads and progress throughout the program are accurate and well maintained your program will be updated remotely each time you complete a workout and log your results. This allows you to make the progress needed to meet your goals.
There is also flexibility in the length of each program ranging from 3-8 weeks long. In order for a program’s base knowledge to be met, a $25 initial assessment session and free consultation will be needed to make sure you are aware of the technique needed to perform the exercise listed, and so that your level of lifting competency is understood.
